Fr. Rodrigues Robinson Sylvester

Rodrigues Fr Robinson Silvestor has completed his Masters in Journalism from
Makhan Lal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication.
He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi Literature and a Diploma in Indian Classical
Music. Prior to his appointment as Assistant Professor in NISCORT he has served
as Chief Editor of Dilli Vaani, the diocesan magazine, Secretary to Archbishop of
Delhi and Manager of a School. Fr Robinson has appeared on National News
channels several times taking part in debates and discussions on different issues.
Dr. Ritu Dubey Tiwari
(Principal)
She Currently holds the post of the Principal at NISCORT (New Institute of Social Communications, Research, and
Training), a media college in Vaishali, Ghaziabad .NCR Delhi.
Qualifications include a Ph.D. (doctorate) from Dr. H.S. Gaur Central University, Sager, M.P., along with a triple M.A., B.Ed,
and a CTET cum UGC NET Qualification.
Specialises in radio, documentary filmmaking, editing, script writing, and media research. The video series ‘सायबर सुरक्षा:अभी नहीं
तो कभी नहीं’ scripted and anchored by Dr Ritu garnered praise from the PMO India. She is also a certified trainer
of Fact check by Google.
Has over 19 years of experience as a media faculty, media course coordinator, a Principal, an academician, a poetess, author
of 2 books, speaker on Cyber issues on the Namo App and as a writer on Cyber Security and contemporary issues
for varied national newspapers like Navbharat Times, Amar Ujala, and others.
Has worked, as a media faculty at varied prestigious organizations including Makhan Lal Chaturvedi University Study Center,
IP University, and Delhi University.
The list of prior contributions to the academic field also includes the membership of CBSE Board Media Committee, NCPCR
committee and the responsibility of an external examiner for IP University, IIMC DELHI, Amity University,
Noida, Galgotia University and Sharda University at Greater Noida and Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya,
Haridwar.
Awards include the Dada Sahib Phalke Puraskar for the documentary film 'Samman' in the student category in 2012, the Narad
Samman award for national-level contributions to media education, and the Prabha Sakshi award in 2022 and
2023.

Amala T Chacko holds a Master Degree in Mass Communication from the Central
University of Tamil Nadu with specialization in Communication Theories, Health
Communication, Development Communication and Research Methodology. She is NET

Ruchika Mahajan is Assistant Professor for Advertising, Marketing and Management studies. She holds a Masters Degree in Fine Arts (Applied) from Amity University, Noida, Delhi. She is associated with advertising and graphic industry and her area of expertise involves ad campaigns, graphic design, packaging, multimedia, branding, marketing, management, illustration and paintings. Communication from St Joseph’s University, Bangalore. She has a Bachelors Degree in English.
Sr Michelle has published multiple scientific papers in Scopus Indexed and UGC Care journals
and books.
Dr Michelle has also worked at the prestigious St Joseph’s University, Bangalore as Assistant
Professor. Prior to this, she was a Manager at Pauline Audio-Visual Production for around 5
years where she has also contributed as Producer, Composer, Song-writer, Photographer and
Nature videographer. She is also an avid writer of children’s books and has 15 books to

Mr. Shri Kant Pandey
(Assistant Professor)
Shri Kant Pandey has a diverse academic background and extensive experience in the media
industry. He is NET qualified and holds a Master’s in Mass Communication and Journalism
(MJMC) from CCS University, Meerut (UP), and a Master of Arts (MA) in Hindi from IGNOU. He
also has a Postgraduate Diploma in TV Journalism from SAMS, Noida, and graduated from Zakir
Husain College, Delhi University. Currently, he is pursuing an LLB from CCS University.
Shri Pandey has worked as a TV reporter, anchor, and in the input department at Republic
TV, ABP News, India News, Zee News, Channel One, Sadhna News, and various other ventures.
His areas of interest include print journalism, anchoring, reporting, special program
stings, investigative journalism, election coverage, parliamentary reporting, political
crime court reporting, and documentary filmmaking.
In recognition of his contributions to journalism, he has received several awards. Before
joining NISCORT, he accumulated 12 years of experience teaching at various media institutes
as a guest faculty member. He has also participated in numerous national and international
seminars and conferences.
